If you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. However, it's important to note that all returned items must be in unused, pristine condition and in their original packaging to be eligible for a refund. We're sorry, but we can't accept returns on items that have been used, even minimally. Please be aware that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. At CatsEssentials, we stand behind the quality and durability, which is why we are pleased to offer our One-Year Whiskers Warranty on our Miniature Furniture range. If you discover any functional defects in your purchase within one year of receiving it, please don't hesitate to reach out to us. We will diligently work with you to troubleshoot and resolve the issue. In order to proceed, we may require you to provide proof of the defect in the form of photos and/or videos. Please note that this warranty does not cover standard wear and tear or any damages resulting from misuse. The method of resolution will be at CatsEssentials' discretion and may include repair, replacement, or refund. We're committed to making sure you're completely satisfied with your feline essentials.

We understand that when you order something, you want it right 'meow,' which is why we strive for quick dispatch times. Our standard Service Level Agreement (SLA) is that items typically ship within 3-5 business days, while made-to-order furniture ships within 2 weeks. Please be aware that we operate on a Monday to Friday shipping schedule.
